At O&3, we produce our Avocado Butter extracting pure Avocado Oil from the avocado fruit and then hydrogenating it to form a solid butter-like consistency, mixing it with the fatty acids and unsaponifiable of a hydrogenated vegetable Oil. We even add Tocopherol to give an extra kick of vitamin E and to reduce the rate of oxidation. We recommend that our O&3 Avocado Butter is used in formulations at a rate of approximately 8-10%.
